Orlando Vacation Homes

The popularity of Orlando vacation homes has grown rapidly.

Here’s why . . .

Orlando, FL, is the top tourist destination in the United States,
and that ranking is not likely to change any time soon based on the expansion
that is happening in Orlando –
The Orlando International Airport is spending $1.8 billion adding on a new separate south terminal anticipating a large influx of tourists coming here.

68 million tourists came to Orlando in 2016.  In 20017 the number grew to 72 million.  And, in 2018, 75 million tourists came to Orlando.
Why are so many tourists coming to Orlando in increasing numbers?

There are so many fun things to do . . .
Disney World opened the new Avatar attraction in 2017.  The Toy Story Land attraction opened in 2018. And, the Star Wars attraction opened at the end of August in 2019.
Universal Studios opened their new Volcano Bay water park in 2018 and will be opening their new huge Epic Universe in 2023.
It’s no wonder that the numbers of tourists coming to Orlando is growing and will continue to grow.

And, here’s another fact . . .
An increasing number of the tourists are staying in vacation homes instead of hotels.

For a cost often much less than the cost of staying in a hotel, vacation homes that are within 5-15 minutes from Disney World and 20-25 minutes from SeaWorld, Universal Studios, excellent shopping, award winning restaurants and the Orlando International Airport can be rented with these amenities-

And, rent it when you are not using it.

Stay in your own vacation home for “free”.  Then, when you are not using it, rent it.  At a minimum it should pay for itself.
